We want you to be part of our team in Brussels, working onsite, as a Project Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

- Manage learning and development projects from preparation and planning through execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Coordinate training initiatives related to the deployment of new corporate tools, including the Summa platform.
- Support the implementation of AI literacy and general AI training programmes aligned with the organisation’s AI Strategy and Roadmap.
- Plan and deliver training activities for colleagues based both at headquarters and in remote offices and Delegations.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, costs, resource needs, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Estimate the time, budget, and resources required for future learning and development projects.
- Draft terms of reference and support the preparation of training plans for the introduction of new tools and technologies.
- Closely monitor project implementation and maintain accurate records of progress, risks, decisions, and deliverables.
- Provide clear and timely project status reports to management.
- Identify and anticipate potential deviations related to timelines, costs, scope, or resource availability.
- Propose realistic mitigation measures and alternative solutions when project risks or constraints arise.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation repository using Hive or equivalent tools.
- Ensure that relevant documentation is accessible to authorised stakeholders and regularly updated by the project team.
- Integrate GenAI tools and similar technologies into learning and development projects.
- Use AI-supported solutions for training content creation, implementation, online learning, e-learning, and programme evaluation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural and complex institutional environment.
- Present and promote projects clearly to management, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Between 7 and 10 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years of proven project management experience.

- Experience managing projects from initial planning through implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience designing and delivering training initiatives.
- Experience delivering training to remote offices or geographically dispersed participants.
- Strong experience with online learning and e-learning components.
- Knowledge and practical experience with GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development.
- Experience using GenAI for training content creation, programme implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong ability to estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
- Experience identifying project risks, deviations, and dependencies and proposing appropriate mitigation measures.
- Sound judgement and the ability to make well-informed project decisions. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent self-management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Resilience and adaptability in complex and changing environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Strong proficiency in working with:
- Microsoft Project.
- Jira.
- Confluence.
- ServiceNow.
- Hive or equivalent document and project repository tools.
- Data visualisation tools, such as: Qlik Sense / Tableau ...
- Similar business intelligence or reporting platforms.
