Heb jij passie voor techniek en denk je oplossingsgericht? Na een productgerichte opleiding ga je als Field Service Engineer naar onze verschillende klanten. Je voert hierbij zelfstandig reparaties en uit aan huishoudtoestellen van de topmerken Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau.
- Jij bent ons visitekaartje bij de klant. Je communiceert zeer vlot in Nl.
- Jij staat in voor de tevredenheid van onze klanten door storingen op te lossen, herstellingen of occasioneel technisch installaties uit te voeren.
- Je onderzoekt, bedenkt oplossingen en voert zelfstandig reparaties uit aan onze huishoudtoestellen.
- Je houdt jouw technische productkennis up-to-date door het volgen van (web based) trainingen.
- Je adviseert klanten over het vervangen van huishoudtoestellen en de aankoop van diverse service producten & accessoires.
