As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support global supply planning activities across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers, helping to balance inventory, service levels, capacity, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to maintain accurate planning data, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making across the supply network. You will have the opportunity to contribute to product launches, network changes, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing valuable expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning.
Responsibilities
- Support global supply planning and replenishment activities for assigned product portfolios.

Analyze inventory projections, supply performance, backorders, and service-level metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Maintain planning master data, including lead times, safety stock levels, lot sizes, and capacity assumptions.

Contribute to weekly and monthly planning processes, including Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), and supply review activities.

Identify supply constraints and recommend actions to minimize potential disruptions.

Support inventory allocation and deployment decisions during periods of constrained supply.

Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using planning systems and Power BI.

Participate in product launches, lifecycle management, network changes, and process improvement initiatives focused on planning effectiveness and data quality.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, procurement, supply chain analytics, or a similar field.

Experience working within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Knowledge of supply planning processes such as S&OP, IBP, MPS, or DRP is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI or similar analytical tools.
