For a leading public organization in the mobility and infrastructure sector, we are looking for an Expert in Studies & Site Supervision. In this role, you will manage construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from A to Z and be responsible for both the technical preparation and the on-site execution supervision. **Your Challenge** You will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and supervision of projects in a complex technical environment. From design and tendering to execution and delivery, you will ensure quality, scheduling, budget, and safety. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, designers, contractors, and technical specialists. **Responsibilities** **Project and Site Supervision** - Planning, coordinating, and supervising construction and infrastructure projects. - Monitoring scope, quality, scheduling, budget, and risks. - Coordinating technical installations such as HVAC and electrical systems. - Organizing and leading site and project meetings. - Following the commissioning, testing, and handover of projects. **Design and Preparation** - Drafting design and implementation documents. - Developing specifications and quantity schedules. - Preparing budget estimates and cost analyses. - Organizing and managing tender procedures. - Acting as the lead external official during project execution. **Quality and Technical Support** - Ensuring the quality of designs and work executed. - Providing technical support during the execution phase. - Conducting follow-ups and aftercare post-delivery. - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. **Stakeholder Management** - Advising internal clients and building managers. - Collaborating in multidisciplinary project teams. - Acting as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
