Your mission

You are responsible for the analysis and improvement of business processes based on interviews, observations, workshops and process and data mining;
You accurately define the project scope and identify and prioritize the business requirements;
You convert your analyses into realistic recommendations to better support the business activities;
You prepare business cases and calculate the return on investment of a project;
Select the right solution or supplier together with the customer;
You implement or support the implementation of procedural optimisations or software systems;
You propose an appropriate measuring method in function of the operational and strategic objectives.

Your profile

You have at least 5 years experience in financial or procurement processes;
You have a Master degree in ICT, business management or an economic direction or similar through experience;
You have a critical and analytical mind;
You can think in a solution-oriented way;
You can work autonomously, set priorities and have sufficient sense of responsibility;
You are interested in one or more business domains of OptiMinds;
You are a professional sparring partner for our customers, you can communicate at management level;
Experience or certification in management methodologies are a plus (lean management, project management, BPM, …);
Affinity and experience with reporting and / or business intelligence tools is also a plus;
You have very good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English and a good working knowledge of French.
