You’ll be the first point of contact
You answer questions from customers, cardholders and colleagues by phone and email. You listen carefully, provide clear answers and create a positive customer experience in the customer's local language whenever possible.
You’ll solve problems that matter
You investigate customer questions, resolve complaints and keep customers informed throughout the process. When needed, you involve the right colleagues and make sure every case is followed up until it's resolved.
You support healthy customer relationships
You work closely with Sales, Credit, Treasury, Accounts Receivable and other teams to support customers with invoicing, payments and credit-related questions. By following up proactively, you help reduce risks while maintaining strong customer relationships.
You work as one team
You collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures. By sharing knowledge and supporting each other, you help deliver consistent, high-quality service every day. When needed, you also support the Customer Service Administration team to keep the business running smoothly.
