Tender and Pricing Specialist

As an IGTD Tender & Pricing Specialist , you will play a critical role in enabling profitable and compliant growth across Europe and Growth Regions. You will lead tender coordination, ensure robust pricing governance, and deliver actionable insights that help commercial teams make informed decisions and win in the marketplace.
Lead the end-to-end coordination of tenders, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across International Markets.
Manage and maintain IGTD pricing governance, including price books, updates, approvals, and new product launches.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Services, and Business Units to support commercial success.
Monitor tender and pricing performance, providing insights and recommendations to commercial leadership.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking tender pipeline, pricing performance, and business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with commercial policies, approval processes, and pricing controls.
Drive continuous improvement of tender, pricing, and reporting processes.
Support evaluation unit processes and commercial excellence initiatives.
Deliver training and guidance on tender management, pricing tools, and commercial processes.
Act as a trusted business partner, enabling profitable growth through data-driven decision making.
You have 3-5 years of experience in tender management, pricing, commercial operations, sales support, business analytics, or a related field.
You have proven experience coordinating complex, deadline-driven projects across multiple stakeholders.
You possess strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities; Power BI experience is a plus.
You have experience with Salesforce.com, CRM, ERP, pricing, or quotation systems.
You understand pricing, tender processes, contract fundamentals, and margin analysis.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.
You can translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
You are an effective communicator and stakeholder manager, fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated industry is preferred.
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €62,955.29–€109,998.81. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for bonus, with your rewards linked to individual performance/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
