As a Security Officer, you are responsible for the protection of people and property at our clients’ sites. You are vigilant, not easily deceived, and able to anticipate security breaches and incidents before they occur. Every day, you make sound decisions and ensure impeccable service towards our clients and their visitors.
Your Role
Are you an experienced Security Officer ready to take on greater responsibilities? Would you like to play a key role in safety, supervision, and coordination within a professional environment? For one of our clients across several sites in Brussels, we are looking for a Security Officer with a mature mindset and leadership qualities. In this role, you will combine operational security duties with a coordinating role within the team.
Your Responsibilities
As a Security Officer with supervisory responsibilities, you will be the primary point of contact for safety and operational follow-up on site in the absence of the Site Supervisor:
- Professional CCTV surveillance and active monitoring;
- Supporting the Site Supervisor;
- Access control and security monitoring;
- Welcoming visitors, employees, and external partners;
- Coordinating and supporting the on-site security team;
- Responding quickly and appropriately to incidents and alarm notifications;
- Ensuring the proper implementation and follow-up of security procedures.
