Logistics Outbound Coordinator
To strengthen our Logistics Department, we are looking for an organized, proactive and solution-oriented Logistics Outbound Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating outbound logistics operations, supporting transportation activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of our supply chain processes.

Tasks
Coordinate the daily flow of goods between warehouses, stores and external logistics partners.
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Follow up on transportation issues and collaborate with carriers to resolve them efficiently.
Support stock transfers, replenishment activities and inventory accuracy across the network.
Coordinate closely with internal departments, including retail, e-commerce, finance and supply chain teams.
Analyze logistics data and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics and transportation activities.
Build and maintain constructive relationships with logistics partners, carriers and suppliers.
Negotiate effectively with external partners to support operational objectives.
Actively contribute to supply chain optimization and continuous improvement projects.
Profile
Background in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
Knowledge of international payment methods, customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, accurate and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage priorities, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team player with a collaborative attitude and a hands-on approach.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong asset.
Interest in fashion, retail and logistics operations is a plus.
