About the Role:
Join NTT DATA as a Project Leader Industry FMCG and play a key role in delivering transformation and consulting projects for leading industrial and consumer goods organizations across the Benelux region. In this position, you will lead client engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, digital, data, AI, cybersecurity, and application services while helping clients achieve their strategic and operational objectives.
Your role:
- Lead and manage client projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the expected quality standards.
- Coordinate and support consultants assigned to projects, fostering strong team performance and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and develop additional project initiatives.
- Develop technical and business proposals and contribute to client presentations, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Support business development activities within strategic industrial and multinational accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Digital Strategy & Advisory, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Application Services
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, and change management processes.

Your profile:
- Masters degree in Business Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, project management, service delivery management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven or demonstrated ability to manage and lead consultants and project teams.
- Knowledge of the consumer goods (FMCG) sector is highly valued; experience in other industrial sectors is also relevant.
- Solid understanding of business processes, IT strategy, and the impact of technology services on business performance.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing work plans, deliverables, KPIs, SLAs, risks, and change requests.
- Experience contributing to commercial proposals and business development activities for large industrial clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
