Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven International Key Account Manager HVAC to identify, prospect, acquire, and develop, and nurture high-value partnerships with global Retail clients across the EMEA region. In this role, you will combine strategic relationship building with hands-on sales execution to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Proactively identify, target, and secure new International Retail Key Accounts through strategic prospecting, networking, and business development activities across the EMEA region.
Identify, qualify, and secure new International Key Accounts, with a primary focus on new business acquisition and strategic customer development within the retail market segment.
Drive new business sales, revenue growth, and profitability for Daikin Europe in the short, medium, and long term.
Understand retail market trends, store operating requirements, sustainability objectives, and customer challenges to provide tailored, value-added HVAC solutions.
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Key Account Management, with a proven track record of acquiring and growing major international accounts, ideally within the HVAC sector (technical knowledge a plus).
Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, opportunity creation, and closing complex multi-country commercial agreements.
Highly motivated hunter profile with a passion for prospecting, opening doors, building new relationships, and closing strategic deals.
