Mission Overview:
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged on a consultancy mission at the client, serving as the interface between business stakeholders and data teams. You will help identify opportunities to leverage data and transform business needs into analyses, indicators, and visualizations that inform decision-making across Grid, Finance, and Logistics domains.
Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:
This is a consultancy role where you will work on site at the client as a Keystone Solutions consultant. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders while being supported by Keystone Solutions' consulting community, methods, and best practices. The successful candidate will deliver all responsibilities and requirements below under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand business processes and challenges in the Grid, Finance, and Logistics domains.

Gather, analyze, and challenge user needs.

Translate business problems into relevant data analyses and concrete recommendations.

Develop and evolve business-facing reports and dashboards.

Design clear, intuitive, user-oriented visualizations applying data storytelling and information design principles.

Support users in interpreting results and adopting proposed solutions.

Contribute to Data Office initiatives in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Products.

Promote a data-driven culture within the company.

Required Skills and Experience:

Significant experience in data analysis and business partnering.

At least one significant experience in the energy sector, enabling rapid understanding of domain-specific challenges and processes.

Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into high-value analytical and decision-support solutions.

Significant experience in a data environment such as a Data Warehouse, Data Platform, or equivalent analytical platform.

Excellent understanding of data modeling, integration, and value creation concepts.

Mastery of SQL is essential.

Ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights for the business.

Significant experience with Microsoft Power BI.

Mastery in designing business-oriented reports and dashboards.

Good understanding of data visualization, usability, and storytelling principles.

Experience with SAS Visual Analytics is an asset.

An official Microsoft Power BI certification is an advantage.

Fluent proficiency in French or Dutch.

Good understanding of the second national language.

Assignment Context:
Within the Strategy department, the Data Office supports the client's transformation toward a more data-driven organization. It defines the data governance framework, promotes best practices in data quality and value creation, and supports business teams in developing high-value data use cases.
In this context, the Data Services team seeks an external Business Data Analyst to strengthen activities in Grid, Finance, and Logistics. The team's mission is to support the business in exploiting its data by developing analyses, dashboards, and visualizations that improve activity understanding and enable informed decision-making. It favors an agile, pragmatic approach focused on quickly creating value for users.
