Technical Designer & Project Manager (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Technical Designer & Project Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to execution, combining technical design skills with strong project coordination.You’ll work daily with 2D & 3D AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp and Microsoft Office to create detailed technical drawings, production plans, and creative technical solutions. Besides designing, you’ll play a key role in managing projects, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field or Bachelor-level thinking and working ability
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in AV, lighting and/or electronics
- Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp and Microsoft Office
- Good mechanical understanding and knowledge of materials & constructions
- Passion for entertainment technology and creative concepts
- Ability to manage and take ownership of projects independently
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
