UFM (Unified Faubourg Mobility) is the Group's flagship digital transformation programme, designed to replace multiple legacy fleet and mobility systems with a unified platform serving six business units across Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom). By consolidating business processes, data and user experiences into a single ecosystem, UFM aims to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency and support the future growth of the Group.
The platform is developed through small cross-functional pods operating on a shared technology foundation, allowing teams to deliver business value quickly while maintaining consistency, scalability and high product quality across all markets.
You will lead SAP's transformation from a billing system serving a single business unit into the Group's financial and commercial backbone. Your scope will include product catalog management, entitlements and authorisations, billing (SD), accounting (FI-CO), and purchasing (MM), while building the integration layer consumed by the UFM product pods.
Reporting into the BSS programme, you will work closely with the UFM teams and act as the key interface at the API boundary between SAP and the various modules of the platform :
-
Design and operate the UFM-to-SAP integration layer: OData / REST APIs, events, incremental ETL and CDC — documented, versioned, tested contracts
-
Extend SAP's functional scope beyond the French business unit toward all six business units. This is the gate for full-stack customer onboarding
-
Industrialise SAP engineering: abapGit, transports-as-code, CI/CD, clean dev / test / prod environments
-
Decide brick by brick what lives in SAP and what does not — no vendor dogma
-
Bridge two engineering cultures, cloud-native agile and structured ERP, toward one coherent platform.
-
Senior SAP engineering background (SD / FI-CO / MM) combined with real API and integration craft.
-
Has modernised an SAP practice before: git, CI/CD, managed environments.
-
Judges SAP-ecosystem options (BTP, MDG, BRIM and others) against specialised alternatives on merit.
-
Strong influence skills — converging two engineering cultures without rupture.
-
Fluent English; French or German a plus.
