About the role
As Product Line Manager Recycling Solutions, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the circular economy. You will develop innovative recycling and upcycling solutions, ensure a sustainable and economically viable supply of raw materials, and drive the expansion of circular material flows. Working closely with an international team, you will make a significant contribution to profitable growth and the achievement of our sustainability goals.

Ensure the optimal balance between a sustainable supply of raw materials and the requirements of our production operations
Continuously develop and expand our recycling activities together with a strong network of internal and external partners
Increase the efficient use of valuable resources and create both economic and environmental value for our customers, partners, and our company
Identify new value creation opportunities through innovative recycling and upcycling solutions
Bring cross-functional teams together, establish common goals, and drive their successful implementation

What You Bring
A completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a comparable field
Professional experience working in cross-functional and international management environments
Proven experience in building and managing supplier and partner networks and developing sustainable value chains
Knowledge and experience in recycling, the circular economy, material flows, or sustainable raw material sourcing
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as experience working with international stakeholders
