Project / Context Situation
The PM is responsible for the management of the project.
For this project this means collaboration with the external assessor and with IT Security and I&O.
It will be his task to collect all evidences and deliver them to the assessor. If remediation actions are required, the need to be implemented under a tight schedule.
Focus is on leadership and communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of SWIFT and IT security is needed to be able to negotiate with the assessor and correctly understand the requests.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities include:
- Defining, leading and implementing large and transversal IT projects and programs in order to realize complex cross-functional solutions to optimize and update the organizational processes.
- Leading a DevOps squad responsible for a set of applications within one or more weel-defined domains within the bank.
- Manage SLAs and coordinate operational support related to applications under squad management.
- Drawing up project plans (release, timing, resources,…) in order to realize the project in accordance with the objectives and in line with expectations.
- Identifying and managing the risks of the projects assigned to them.
- Coordinate projects with all stakeholders in order to develop an environment that meets the requirements and strategy.
- Draw up and manage the long-term vision regarding the evolution of the application landscape under the management of the squad.
- Ensure the projects are delivered in lie with agreed results, budget and timeline.
- Incentive cooperation between the different parties at all hierarchy levels, in order to realize projects in a constructive and participative way.
