At Scopa, we specialize in the art of focaccia and warm hospitality. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Shop Leader who is passionate about catering and ready to get involved in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. Your main missions:
- Cash management: ensure accurate and rapid cash collection.
- Focaccia production: participate in the preparation of our flagship product according to our recipes.
- Counter sales: welcome customers with a smile and advise them on our products.
- Setup: guarantee optimal organization of your workstation.
- Compliance with AFSCA standards: ensuring hygiene and food safety.
- Managing the orders
- Doing the schedule of your team.
Your profile:
Languages: You speak English and/or Dutch. Fluency in Italian is a welcome asset.
Qualities: dynamic, punctual, motivated, and with an excellent sense of service.
Experience: Experience in catering or a similar role is a plus, but not required if you are motivated to learn.

Chez Scopa , nous sommes spécialisés dans l’art de la focaccia et l’accueil chaleureux. Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Shop Leader passionné(e) par la restauration et prêt(e) à s’investir dans une ambiance conviviale et dynamique.
Vos principales missions :
Gestion de caisse : assurer un encaissement précis et rapide.
Production de focaccia : participer à la préparation de notre produit phare selon nos recettes.
Vente au comptoir : accueillir les clients avec le sourire et les conseiller sur nos produits.
Mise en place : garantir une organisation optimale de votre poste de travail.
Respect des normes AFSCA : veiller à l’hygiène et à la sécurité alimentaire.
Réaliser les commandes du restaurant.
Faire les horaires de l'équipe.
Votre profil :
Langues : vous parlez couramment français, anglais ou néerlandais. La maîtrise de l'italien est un atout appréciable.
Qualités : dynamique, ponctuel(le), motivé(e), et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du service.
Expérience : une expérience en restauration ou dans un rôle similaire est un plus, mais pas obligatoire si vous êtes motivé(e) à apprendre.
