As a Project Consultant at Ometa, you will work individually or collaboratively to implement our proprietary product in diverse customer environments. You actively contribute ideas to the team or the client and take ownership of translating customer needs into actionable IT solutions. Leveraging your technical and analytical expertise, you ensure a high-quality delivery and maintain customer satisfaction. You oversee scope, deadlines, and the quality of implementations.
You will be involved in the installation and maintenance processes of our Product (Framework) and Solutions at customer sites. Additionally, you will play an active role in testing and keeping the product documentation up to date. You will also share responsibility for managing new releases and configuring new functionalities within our solutions.
Furthermore, you play a key role in improving existing processes, identifying customer needs, and driving innovation in our product development.
- Coordinating IT projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring budgets, deadlines, and implementation quality are consistently met.
- Translating customer needs into actionable and technical IT solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Actively contributing to the installation and maintenance of our Solutions and Framework at customer locations.
- Configuring and developing new functionalities for existing solutions and managing releases.
- Testing new functionalities for our Solutions within the Framework and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Keeping Solution documentation up to date in our documentation library.
- Attending client meetings and performing on-site tasks as needed.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring execution aligns with the project plan.
