As part of its energy transition ambitions, Elia is developing strategic onshore and offshore infrastructure projects.
To support this growth, we are looking for a Program Management Officer (PMO) capable of bringing structure, visibility and added value to complex, high-impact programmes.
Within the Grid Solution division, you will work closely with Program Managers, Project Leaders and technical teams on one or more infrastructure programmes or projects.
You will play a key role in cross-functional coordination, governance and continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities
- Establishing and developing the programme and project management framework (scope, schedule, budget, risks, reporting).
- Consolidating costs, schedules and risks, analysing variances and providing reliable information for decision-making.
- Structuring and producing clear reports tailored to management and governance requirements.
- Acting as a PMO/BPO lead: contributing to the drafting, implementation and improvement of governance guidelines, methodologies and best practices.
- Helping to analyse and optimise processes relating to project costs, resources and performance.
- Contributing to digital transformation projects (PMO tools, automation, data & reporting).
- Helping project teams to develop their skills in project and programme management by sharing best practices, delivering targeted training and providing day-to-day methodological support.
- Supporting the PMO Team Lead in improving project consistency and maturity within the organisation.
