At NORRIQ, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a pure hunter mindset to accelerate our Microsoft Dynamics and ERP growth in the Limburg, Vlaams Brabant and Antwerp region. You thrive on building a market. You open doors at CFO and CEO level. You don’t manage accounts, you win them.
Your mission is clear: generate new logos, build a strong pipeline, and close strategic ERP and digital transformation deals.
As our regional new business sales manager, you will:
You report directly to our managing directors, maintaining short communication lines to quickly follow up on prospects, clients, and sales projects.
Approximately 10+ years of B2B solution selling experience (ERP, IT services, SaaS or consultancy)
Proven track record in new business acquisition
A high-impact growth role with full regional responsibility
Backing of a certified Microsoft partner with deep expertise
