We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Business to support a strategic HR transformation program linked to Talent Strategy 2030. The role requires strong governance capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience in complex business projects within HR environments.
Ensure full project governance and structure
Lead and coordinate project boards
Manage project monitoring, reporting, and KPIs
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues
Oversee budget management
Drive performance tracking and optimization
Implement process improvements
Ensure proper documentation and change control follow-up
You have the following skills
Mandatory:
+10 years of experience as Project Manager
Strong background in business/HR projects
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written & spoken)
Proven experience in:
Governance & stakeholder management
Risk & budget management
Reporting & performance tracking
Preferred:
Experience in Human Resources
Exposure to:
Learning & Development
Recruitment
Soft Skills:
Strategic mindset (helicopter view)
Strong communication & diplomacy
Customer-oriented & commercial awareness
Proactive and solution-driven
Team player with leadership capabilities
Structured and goal-oriented
Votre profil
You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT
If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
