As Master Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the integrated medium-term production plan for the Tielt and Zele production sites. You will bring together demand, capacity, materials, inventory and customer commitments in one realistic plan. You will act as the connecting link between Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Operations and Planning, ensuring that everyone works from the same priorities.
Your responsibilities

Build and manage one integrated master plan for Tielt and Zele.

Align demand, capacity, material availability and inventory.

Identify bottlenecks and future capacity constraints in a timely manner.

Take an active role in S&OP and prepare supply scenarios.

Ensure reliable production and delivery commitments to customers.

Further develop MTS/MTO and inventory strategies.

Professionalize planning processes, KPIs and meeting structures.

Optimize the use of SAP S/4HANA for MRP, production planning and capacity planning.

Coach planners and create greater structure, predictability and collaboration.
Your talents
-
8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, production planning, master planning or S&OP.

Experience in complex manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of production and capacity planning.

Experience with SAP.

Strong analytical and structured approach, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.

Ability to bring different interests together and challenge constructively.

Strong sense of ownership and ability to translate analysis into clear decisions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
