Mission
Own Leko's key accounts in Belgium: property developers and general contractors. You convert projects specified by our Technical Advisors into signed deals, and grow long-term account relationships from our Brussels base.
What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of 15–20 active key accounts (developers, general contractors) across Belgium
- Convert qualified, specified projects handed over by our Technical Advisors (Wallonia & Flanders) into orders
- Negotiate project and framework agreements; own pricing discussions with support from our cost estimation team
- Develop account plans for the top Belgian developers and contractors, most of them headquartered in Brussels
- Work as a regional trio with the two Belgian Technical Advisors — they create demand with architects, you capture it with buyers; handover rules are explicit and shared
- Report pipeline and forecast with discipline (CRM)
Who you are
- 5–10 years of B2B sales in construction, building materials or building systems in Belgium
- Existing network among Belgian developers and/or general contractors
- Comfortable negotiating at C-level on multi-million project deals
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Entrepreneurial: you build the playbook, not just execute it

They replace up to 75% of concrete, use up to 60% less wood than traditional mass-timber solutions, store carbon, and directly integrate the building's insulation.
Produced off-site in Luxembourg, our systems arrive on site ready to assemble. We are turning construction from a site-based process into an industrial one — without standardizing architecture.
Already deployed in Luxembourg, Belgium and France, LEKO is now entering its acceleration phase.
