The Role:
Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Service Trainer to join our commercial operations team based in Antwerp, Belgium.
Key responsibilities for the Service Trainer role include but are not limited to:

Deliver high‑quality technical training to service technicians and support the annual training plan.

Break down complex topics into clear, accessible learning modules tailored to different skill levels.

Support training needs analysis, competence assessments, and continuous improvement of training content.

Maintain accurate training records, certificates, and audit documentation.

Provide coaching and guidance to technicians and service managers to strengthen capability and confidence.

Carry out technician duties when required to maintain up‑to‑date operational skills.

Promote best practice, support the technician community, and contribute to process improvements.

Identify and escalate non‑conformance issues and support incident investigations.
-
Foster a safe, inclusive, and values‑driven working environment.

Maintain and develop personal technical and professional capability through ongoing learning.
