Job description: Account Manager Cybersecurity Solutions – Belgium & Luxembourg

We’re looking for a high-performing and results-oriented medior/senior Account Manager to join our growing team, focusing on the Belgium and Luxembourg market. This is a full lifecycle sales role, requiring the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing and growing accounts within the cybersecurity space, with a solid understanding of Microsoft-based solutions and managed services.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts while also driving new logo acquisition to support revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and commercially focused sales professional who can identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
Your responsibilities will be evenly split, with a 50/50 balance between account management and new business development. You will retain ownership of any new accounts you bring in, taking full accountability for their growth and long-term success while contributing to CWSI’s continued expansion in cybersecurity across the region.
- Win new logos and drive net-new revenue across mid-market and lower enterprise accounts
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving long-term value and retention
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with Microsoft technologies and CWSI’s managed services portfolio
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
- Represent CWSI at client meetings, partner events, and industry forums
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to deliver informed recommendations to clients
- Fluent in Dutch & English (French nice to have)
- Proven track record of winning net new business and consistently exceeding sales targets in direct sales roles in the mid-market or lower enterprise segments in the Belux region
- Demonstrated success in complex solution selling within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Security & Compliance) or cybersecurity sector in the Belux region
- Demonstrated success in selling professional and managed services
- Strong understanding of managed services models and value propositions
- Proven success in account management, including nurturing, retaining, and growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships within mid-market organisations
