Job description
- Serving drinks and meals in the gaming room or at the bar
- Following internal procedures and safety guidelines
- Respecting professional confidentiality
- Demonstrating hospitality and customer service skills
Profile
- Willingness to work on the week days, weekends, public holidays, and evenings/nights on a variable schedule (38 hours/week)
- The position is carried out almost exclusively during night shifts
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, walk around the venue, and carry trays
- Neat appearance suitable for customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, and English is an asset
- Relevant experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
