To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a senior associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our Corporate and M&A Team.
Our corporate and M&A team provides services to a range of national and international corporate, financial institution, and private clients across a broad spectrum of corporate matters.
In addition to our (domestic and cross-border) M&A capability, our expertise encompasses corporate restructurings as well as corporate litigation. We are highly active in private equity deals. Relying on the firm’s strong banking team, we are also well-positioned to assist in the structuring and documentation of the financing of acquisitions or projects.
- You are a Belgian qualified lawyer and you have 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate and especially in M&A law, ideally in a similar practice. You combine a profound interest in corporate and M&A law with commercial awareness;
- If you have worked or studied abroad we consider this to be an asset;
- You are fluent in French. Your level of English and Dutch is suitable for daily use in a business environment. Any knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
- You possess excellent writing skills and you prefer a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- You are an open and enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and internationally oriented.
- You are not afraid to speak your mind, have shown your entrepreneurial spirit in the past (ex: involvement in a student club, sport club, etc.), and don’t always choose the more conventional path.
