As a Recruitment Specialist at Lutosa, you will manage a portfolio of diverse recruitment processes, mainly for employee-level positions (internal and external).
You act as a true business partner: you analyze needs, provide a critical perspective, structure recruitment approaches, and support managers in their decision-making.
Your daily work is shaped by a wide variety of profiles, stakeholders, and business challenges.
Main responsibilities:
Recruitment

Define a sourcing strategy tailored to the profiles being sought

Write and publish job advertisements

Screen applications, conduct pre-selection and interviews

Organize and manage the selection process

Evaluate candidates in a structured way and provide well-argued feedback

Ensure rigorous follow-up with managers and candidates

Write recruitment notes and related documentation

Make the final job offer to the selected candidate, clearly explaining the benefits associated with the position
Schools / internships / employer branding partnerships

Participate in job fairs and student recruitment events, based on recruitment needs analysis

Build partnerships with schools, also with the aim of recruiting interns according to business needs

Contribute to strengthening our employer brand through various initiatives throughout the year

Increase our visibility on social media in collaboration with the marketing department
- You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or you have at least 5 years of proven professional experience.

You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment.

You work independently on various recruitment processes, with high standards in terms of quality, follow-up, and advisory support.

You are proficient in interview techniques, evaluation methods, and sourcing techniques.

You are known for your accuracy, service orientation, and adaptability.
