Work that cuts through the noise? Hear us out. Help drive and scale revenue accuracy, balance sheet integrity, and cash flow strength.
We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll take ownership of the revenue cycle, ensuring accurate and scalable revenue operations, on-time collections, clear reconciliations, and valuable financial insight across global markets. If you've mastered finance or accounting operations, accounts receivable and/or audit, and you're ready to build and strengthen processes instead of just maintaining them, this is where you do it.
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As a Revenue Operations Accountant, you secure revenue accuracy, protect cash flow, and help build the finance foundation that supports Loop’s international growth.
You own the end-to-end Revenue Operations process, from recording merchant revenue streams to reconciling payouts, monitoring systems integrations, and ensuring timely collection.
You reconcile complex and high-volume payment provider statements and datasets in SAP and Excel, investigating and resolving discrepancies
You support the setup and testing of new customers, retailers, marketplaces, integrations, and operational finance workflows
You are comfortable working across systems, understand revenue and operational flows, and maintain clean and accurate ledgers across multiple entities.
You prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts during month-end to support accurate revenue recognition
You monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, prepare cash collection forecasts, and flag risks early
You support month-end and year-end closing activities
You assist during internal and external audits
You collaborate with sales, customer support, and external partners to resolve issues and improve revenue tracking
You improve AR processes, internal controls, and documentation of revenue flows and reconciliations
We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You combine precision with commercial awareness and understand the cash impact behind every transaction. You are structured in your follow-up, confident in your communication, and calm when volumes increase. You ask the right questions when numbers do not align and enjoy solving discrepancies across systems and datasets, and help improve processes over time.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in financial and accounting operations, accounts receivable, or audit, ideally in an international environment
You have experience processing merchant revenue streams (strong advantage)
Experience in ecommerce, retail, fintech, marketplaces, or other high-volume operational environments is a plus
You have experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, strong Excel skills, and are comfortable working with large datasets
You are fluent in English
You have a financial education, ideally a bachelor’s degree or higher
You work independently and know when to involve others
You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity
You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve
You want your work to matter, not just exist
Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you:
Wait for direction instead of taking initiative
Mistake activity for impact
Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape
Prefer alignment meetings over decisions
Still listening?
Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: “I can’t believe we did that.” If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let’s talk.
