We are looking for a Business Development Manager Software Enterprise to strengthen our Advanced Solutions team in Diegem. In this role, you will help grow our Software Enterprise business by supporting reseller partners, positioning innovative technologies, and translating technical opportunities into commercial success.
This is not a traditional hunting role. We're looking for someone who can bring technical credibility to partner conversations, identify opportunities, and help drive more strategic and solution-led projects.

Your role in our team
As Business Development Manager Software Enterprise , you will become a trusted advisor to our reseller community and vendor partners across Belgium and Luxembourg.
You will focus on technologies such as Backup & Recovery, Data Protection, Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Management , helping partners develop new opportunities and expand their existing business. Working closely with our Software Enterprise specialists and vendor ecosystem, you will help customers move from transactional engagements to more strategic software solutions.
The position in a nutshell
In this role, you will:
- Drive growth of the Software Enterprise portfolio across Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Support partners with Backup, Recovery, Cyber Security, and Data Management solutions.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, resellers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage business plans, pipeline development, and growth initiatives.
- Deliver partner enablement through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Translate technical opportunities into commercial success.
- Collaborate with vendor specialists and pre-sales teams on more complex projects.
What we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Experience in Business Development, Solution Sales, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Software Sales.
- Knowledge of Backup & Recovery, Data Protection, Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Storage, or Data Management solutions.
- Experience with vendors such as VMware, Broadcom, Citrix, Red Hat, Cohesity, Rubrik, Veritas , or similar enterprise software vendors.
- The ability to confidently engage in technical discussions with partners and customers.
- Strong commercial, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with vendors, distributors, resellers, or system integrators.
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills. French is a plus.
