As part of the Project & Change team within a Leading bank Asset Management, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support operational transformation initiatives. The role focuses on framing, preparing, and delivering changes across Front-to-Middle-to-Back operations (including NAV, Reporting, etc.), ensuring smooth implementation and transition.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the AM Operations in structuring and preparing upcoming operational changes.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, structuration, organization, and execution.
- Ensure effective communication, monitoring, reporting, and follow-up of project progress.
- Define target operating models, including prerequisites and constraints, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Front, Middle, and Back Office.
- Ensure smooth rollout of changes and successful transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU).
- Accompany change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the process.
- Deliver measurable outcomes within timelines and quality standards.
