Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years of post-related experience;
- Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management;
- Proven understanding of Asset Acquisition procedures.
Desirable:
- Practical experience in the use of NATO resource management tools;
- Knowledge and proven experience in the use of Oracle Business Intelligence for Logistics or Microsoft Power BI;
- Prior experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
Duties/role:
- Providing logistics and asset management services covering the receipt, storage, distribution, movement, inventory, accountability, and disposal of CIS assets;
- Maintaining accurate asset records, supporting warehouse operations, coordinating with technical and logistics personnel, and ensuring the timely delivery of logistics services in accordance with organizational policies and applicable procedures;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CIS asset accountability records.
