As a Heritage Documentation Service Delivery team undergoing a digital transformation, we are seeking a technical analyst capable of translating complex policy and operational needs into robust, secure, and future-proof technical solutions. This ensures that our digital services remain reliable, accessible, and sustainable for every user and citizen. You will make a difference by: analyzing functional and strategic requirements and translating them into clear technical designs; understanding complex system environments and developing seamless integrations; justifying technical choices based on performance, scalability, and security-by-design; providing guidance and clarity to development teams during implementation; structurally integrating governance, privacy, and public accountability into technical solutions; and advising stakeholders—from business units to management—clearly and persuasively. Scope of your role: within the team, you will work with existing architecture frameworks and influence the direction of technical solutions within projects.
