About Creneau
We are a creative agency in space and identity. Identity is the source, space is where it becomes real.
Most spatial work underestimates the people who walk into it. We don't. Every brand has its own voice, slightly off the obvious, and our job is to find it and make it physical. Concept comes before taste, always. And once the concept is right, the craft has to be flawless, because a good idea badly built is still a bad room.
We work out of Hasselt, Eindhoven, Brussels and Dubai. We design and we build, which means nothing stays theoretical here.
About the role
Owner of the running job. Single point of contact for the client.
Projects at Creneau move through distinct phases, each with its own experts. What's missing today is someone who owns the whole arc: from the moment a proposal is signed, through design and technical development, to the day the keys are handed over. That's you.
You don't design and you don't build. But without you, the people who do lose alignment. You make sure the transitions between Concept, Development and Build go well. Involved at every step, never burdened by any of them.
You keep budget and planning honest, you catch drift before it becomes a problem, and you make sure the client never has to wonder where things stand. Client service isn't a task on your list, it's how you work.
After 12 months, you're running at least two projects end to end, and no file sits stuck "between two people" anymore.
What you'll do
- Own a project from proposal to handover. No mid-project handoffs.
- Alongside the Business Director, be the client's fixed point of contact.
- Guard budget, planning and scope, and course-correct early when things drift.
- Report progress to the management team.
- Coordinate between the Creative Director, Business Director, Production Lead, the design team, technical drafters, and more.
- Track cost estimates and measurement records, and keep an eye on invoicing.
What you bring
