JOB PURPOSE:
To be the “Ambassador” who conveys and promotes the brand philosophy and values to the final clients, guiding them into the world of Prada.
As such, to be responsible for maximizing the individual and team sales, providing extraordinary and memorable customer experience placing the client above all, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships and developing their brand loyalty.
In addition, as an expert of store operations, support the team through effective stock management, ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with corporate procedures, while acting as a key operational partner to the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a welcoming environment for the clients, and strive to meet their needs and requests, providing them an excellent service in accordance with the “client journey ceremony”.
- Capture Customer data into the Company CRM with the purpose of connecting to the client, maintaining and developing relationships to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities and embrace the Omni Channel mindset.
- Welcome and serve the customer, providing excellent in-store experience while proactively engaging in cross-selling with all Departments and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure to be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors, proving strong Brand and product knowledge.
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Prada operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- As an Operations Expert, manage the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations in order to maximize and support the sales.
- Guarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Be a support for software management and assure the right product flow tracking through SAP and the new Eureka system.
- Ensure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, arranging the merchandise following the corporate procedures, as well as the correct execution of transfers, returns, reservations, omnichannel orders and stock counts.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Passion for selling and stores.
Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
Experience of building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
Experience in stock management, inventory control and retail operational processes.
Strong affinity with systems and operational tools.
Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Being able to work in team as well as alone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result driven and problem solving.
Fluent spoken French and English expected. Dutch is a real plus.
