As an HR Officer Intern at Novutech, you will work closely with the HR lead and support the team across the full HR scope. This is a hands-on role combining HR operations, employee support, recruitment, and employee experience initiatives. You'll contribute both strategically (helping shape processes) and operationally (making things happen day-to-day).
Key responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Support: Act as first point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR questions (payslips, contracts, HR documents, policies). Support HR admin follow-up including contract changes, employee data updates, and documentation. Maintain and update employee records across HR tools, ensuring accuracy for all collaborators across countries.

Recruitment: Support job postings and employer branding coordination. Screen CVs and manage candidate communication. Participate in HR interviews and support interview scheduling. Help improve candidate experience through clear communication and structured follow-up.

Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Experience: Support onboarding preparation and coordination for new hires, including IT equipment setup and admin tracking. Handle offboarding steps (account deactivation, equipment recovery). Contribute to employee journey improvements (processes, content, templates). Help organize events and moments that strengthen culture (local and company-wide).

Internal Policies & Documentation: Contribute to the creation and update of internal HR policies and guidelines. Publish and maintain documentation on the internal knowledge base.

Office Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including workspace organization and regular restocking of supplies and equipment.

Payroll Preparation Support: Collect, check, and consolidate payroll-related information and changes. Coordinate deadlines and information flow with internal stakeholders and/or payroll partners. Support checks and follow-up on payroll-related questions.

Currently studying in an HR-related field

Fully fluent in both English and French

You must be able to provide a valid internship agreement ("convention de stage") from your university or school. Please also note that this internship is unpaid
