These requirements, supplemented by applicable standards, guidelines, 'good practices' from previous projects, planning, etc., are translated into a specification document. You will be responsible for both drafting the general requirements and the technical aspects related to mechanics and steel construction. You will work closely with your colleague, who manages the technical aspects related to electricity and control systems. The specification document will be reviewed in detail with potential suppliers, after which you will conduct a technical review of the received proposals. Based on the received quotations and the associated project costs, you will create a comprehensive budget for the project. In the post-order phase, you will be responsible for: 1. General project coordination in your domain, where you are accountable for: • Adhering to contractual requirements • Monitoring and respecting the allocated budget • Ensuring adherence to the schedule • Collaborating with your colleague managing the electricity and control systems discipline 2. The mechanics and steel construction discipline, where you are responsible for: • Reviewing received engineering documents concerning mechanics and steel construction • Overseeing the entire construction phase regarding this technical domain • Coordinating the testing phase and commissioning • Providing aftercare.
