Your Role
At the heart of our Middle Office, you are the key point of contact between our Front Office team, our clients and our Back Office. You will work closely with, and report jointly to, our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and our Head of Back-Office, giving you direct visibility on how the business is run. You first support the integration of new clients, then make sure, throughout the contractual relationship, that every commitment made by the client is actually honoured: documents up to date, insurance in force, deadlines met.
Your role has two sides: a relational one, where you engage directly with clients to obtain missing documents or fix breaches, and an analytical one, where precision and a sharp understanding of contractual documents make all the difference.
Your Day-to-Day
- Support the Front Office in the onboarding of new clients
- Continuously check compliance with contractual clauses (audit, insurance, SEPA mandates, stock valuation, etc.)
- Collect and verify the documents required under the contracts
- Track contractual, insurance and other key deadlines
- Contact clients to resolve breaches
- Escalate files requiring in-depth analysis to the Back Office
- Use advanced AI tools to move faster through document processing
Your Profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in finance, compliance or contract management
- Strong analytical skills, rigour and attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial/contractual documents
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-success mindset: comfortable engaging with clients and focused on keeping them on track
- Highly structured and self-organised, with a project-management mindset — you prioritise, drive and expedite to keep everything moving
- Fluent French and English
- Curiosity and ease with digital tools and AI agents
- Master degree not decisive: we prioritise experience and rigour
