Job description
Are you a strong relationship builder with a passion for architecture, design, and projects? Do you get energy from collaborating, advising, and successfully managing projects? Then you might be the Sales & Project Manager we are looking for.
You act as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of the technical, commercial, and operational aspects of every project.
You combine commercial insight with technical interest and contribute to building long-term client relationships and successful projects.
- You build strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, and other project partners.
- You manage projects from A to Z and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- You identify commercial opportunities and actively follow up on projects.
- You support clients with technical and creative advice regarding Deltalight solutions.
- You monitor market trends and represent Deltalight at events and within the professional network.
- You are commercially minded and know how to build sustainable relationships.
- You enjoy project-based work and like taking ownership.
- You communicate fluently and professionally with different stakeholders.
- You think in a solution-oriented way and always maintain a clear overview.
- You are energized by collaboration, dynamics, and results-driven work.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience with stakeholder management, negotiations, and technical sales.
- You are comfortable working with CRM systems and Power BI.
- Affinity with architecture, design, and lighting is a must.
- Excellent command of Dutch and fluent in English.
