No two weeks are the same—you’ll work on a mix of projects across a variety of clients and industries, from well-established retail brands to ambitious tech scale-ups.
One day, you might be shaping creative brand concepts; the next, you’re guiding junior designers, or developing a branding system that works across digital, print, and physical experiences.
Here's what you'll do:
Build creativity from strategy: Your role goes beyond aesthetics. You translate strategy into concepts that form the foundation of a brand. You craft identities that resonate with audiences, shaping narratives that align design with a brand’s personality, voice, and values.
Craft boundary-pushing identities: You will use your creative expertise to design brands that redefine categories and connect with audiences.
Tell a story: You will build compelling presentations (Figma and Adobe CC) and pitch them convincingly, taking clients into the world you create.
Master the details: You’ll work on deadlines, still delivering packaging that meets industry standards with flawless, print-ready files.
Think systemically: You will combine typography, colour, layout, and imagery into cohesive identities. Building design systems that work consistently across all channels and platforms.
Bring a broader design perspective: You draw from other disciplines—motion, photography, packaging, 3D, or other—to enrich your creative work.
Collaborate: You’ll work closely with the team, mentoring junior designers and contributing to shared solutions. Understanding that working together and combining talents will push the end result to a higher level.
The position is based in our Antwerp studio, where close interaction and teamwork fuel creativity and innovation.
