COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that enable effective decision-making and provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BI solutions and reports to meet business requirements.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI platforms.

Support data governance initiatives to maintain high-quality data standards.

Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.

Stay current with industry trends, BI technologies, and best practices.
Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Extensive experience (minimum 13 years) in Business Intelligence and data analytics.

Strong expertise in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and others.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
