As a Sales Representative Digital Solutions at Equans Digital BeLux, you bring customer needs and technology together and develop opportunities into digital projects with clear added value, in close collaboration with our experts. You build sustainable customer relationships and actively contribute to the digital transformation of customers, as well as to your own growth within the Belgian industrial and service markets.

Your Equans base: Nivelles.
ZOOM ON THE JOB:
- identify new opportunities in service markets and industry
- build contacts within existing, dormant and new accounts
- set up and manage a clear pipeline through prospecting, networking and events
- hold discussions with stakeholders at different levels: operations, engineering, management and C‑level
- analyse customer processes and challenges and map their needs
- translate technical insights into clear value propositions and ROI cases
- position Equans Digital as a long-term strategic partner
- collaborate with internal engineering and presales teams in French, Dutch and English to qualify opportunities
- leverage insights from the global Equans Digital network to share best practices and innovative ideas
- guide customers through their decision-making process, with attention to operational impact and financial results
COME AS YOU ARE, IDEALLY WITH:
- a degree in engineering, technology, business or equivalent practical experience
- several years of experience in technical-commercial roles within automation, OT/IT vendors, industrial digitalisation or building systems
- experience in selling solutions delivered by multidisciplinary teams
- solid knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems, OT architectures, industrial networks and basic cybersecurity principles
- additional knowledge of HVAC and building technologies, OT and IT integration challenges, and digitalisation trends such as data capture, historians, IoT gateways, analytics, AI and edge computing
- the ability to conduct technical discussions with customers and contribute to content-related decisions
- an existing network within industrial operations, maintenance, utilities or system integration environments
- experience in prospecting, relationship building and activating complex accounts
- a consultative sales approach to explore needs, substantiate value and develop business cases
- strong interpersonal skills and an approachable networking style
- an independent and results-driven way of working, with attention to alignment
- a structured approach to pipeline management and opportunity qualification
- a positive mindset and a willingness to keep learning
- fluent knowledge of French and Dutch, with English as an asset
