- You identify, select, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, and manage relationships with them (supply contracts, quality agreements, manufacturing specifications, disputes, etc.).
- You optimize production costs with suppliers and subcontractors.
- You define the terms and processes for procuring items purchased by the company.
- You communicate and ensure the implementation of new supplier agreements and procurement processes within the company.
- You optimize internal controls over the procurement chain and contribute to budget monitoring of expenses.
- You conduct risk analyses of suppliers and subcontractors and propose appropriate strategies.
- You ensure that data in the ERP system is accurate and up-to-date.
- You monitor and implement performance metrics.
- You develop purchasing strategies specific to your area of responsibility.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, international trade, or have equivalent experience.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have experience in supply chain management and in using and optimizing an ERP system.
- You have a very good command of French and English.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are a skilled negotiator.
- You are adaptable, organized, and have a strong sense of priorities.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and solution-focused.
