Wij zijn Have a Roll! In onze winkels verkopen wij vegan cinnamon rolls met allerlei toppings en ook drankjes.
Voor onze winkel in Gent zijn wij op zoek naar een Store Manager.
Dit zou een full-time functie zijn, maar part-time zou ook een optie kunnen zijn

Taken
- het begeleiden van het team studenten van de winkel
- Aanspreekpunt zijn van zowel het team, als de klanten
- Opvolgen van de voorraad van de winkel
- Maandelijks rooster opstellen het team
- Orde en netheid van de winkel bewaren
- De dagelijkse werking van de winkel opvolgen.
Kortom, je bent dus verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de winkel en zorgen dat alles goed verloopt. Daarnaast wordt je ook goed bijgestaan door onze Operation Manager. Je wordt verwacht 4 of 5 dagen per week te werken, waarvan 1 steeds in het weekend. Op maandag ben je steeds vrij. Aangezien je zelf het rooster opstelt, is er dus enige flexibiliteit!

For our store in Brussels, we are looking for a Store Manager.
This is a full-time position, but part-time is also an option.
Minimum 24 hours – maximum 38 hours/week
Your responsibilities
- Lead and support the team of student employees in the store
- Be the main point of contact for both the team and our customers
- Keep track of the store’s inventory and stock levels
- Create the team’s monthly schedule
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
In short, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the store and making sure everything runs as it should. You will, of course, be well supported by our Operations Manager.
You will be expected to work 4 or 5 days per week, including one weekend day. Mondays are always your day off. Since you will be responsible for creating the team’s schedule yourself, the position offers a certain level of flexibility.
