As our HR Intern, you’ll work on project-based assignments that enhance our HR operations, strengthen our culture, and support the overall satisfaction of our workforce.
Note: Internships are unpaid, but you will get an allowance to cover your transportation or your lunches.
HR Projects & Process Improvement

Collaborate with the People team to identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist in building project plans, timelines, goals, and deliverables.

Research, gather data, and support project decision-making.

Monitor project progress, manage operations, and pivot when needed.

Communicate clearly with managers and partners on updates and requirements.

Create and maintain documentation, reports, and project follow-up.
Contracting

Build a streamlined process for freelancers, part-time, and full-time employees.

Create a custom Learning & Development program: courses, coaching, mentorship.

Plan employee engagement moments and cultural initiatives that boost team cohesion.

Studying HR, Office Management, Applied Psychology, or Work & Organizational Psychology.
