The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) was established in 1917 to commemorate the 1.7 million Commonwealth casualties who died in World War I and II after fighting bravely. CWGC is responsible for maintaining war graves and monuments at more than 23,000 sites in 153 countries around the world.

Your duties:
You manage your team and take day-to-day, operational charge and ensure that your team respects all safety measures.
You will be responsible for cemetery maintenance according to established standards;
Together with your manager, you evaluate the cemeteries and determine where, when and what maintenance is needed. You are always alert for any maintenance problem and inform the managers concerned.
You will be responsible for frequent maintenance of horticultural machinery and be able to carry out simple maintenance work yourself.
You will support environmentally friendly and sustainable practices and promote integrated pest and weed management.
You will report to the Horticulture Supervisor.
Your Profile:
You manage to lead a team;
A sense of responsibility for your own health and safety but also for that of your team;
You are communicatively very strong, flexible, punctual, independent and practical;
You have a talent for coordinating, directing and/or adjusting people where necessary;
You are fluent in various PC applications;
