For our Client Management Branding Team, we are looking for an intern to support the Client Managers with their day-to-day tasks.
Here’s what you’ll do during your internship:
Support project coordination and delivery
Support project coordination by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items under supervision.
Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain project files, assets, and documentation in a clear and organized manner.
Assist in monitoring project progress and flag any issues to the Client Service Manager.
Assist with client communication
Support day-to-day client communication by drafting notes, emails, and project updates under guidance.
Attend client meetings to take notes and follow up on actions.
Communicate in a clear, professional, and respectful way.
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and research
Support research on clients, brands, markets, and competitors.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
Gather input from internal teams to support proposal development.
Work collaboratively across the studio
Work closely with Client Service Managers on assigned projects.
Collaborate with design, strategy, and production teams to support project requirements.
Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to continuously improve.
Develop a strong understanding of studio workflows and client service processes.
Develop commercial awareness and attention to scope
Support basic budget tracking and scope awareness under guidance.
Learn how budgets, timelines, and scope influence project delivery.
Flag any inconsistencies or questions related to scope or planning to the project lead.
