Over the last 3 years, we have achieved 50% YoY profitable growth, building a leading market position in Europe. As we enter the next phase of scale and operational maturity, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
Job requirements
- You have more than 1 year of working experience
- Experience in Office Management/ Logistics/ Operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in administrational work
- Very efficient and independent problem solver
- Eye for small details!
- Good understanding of claims handling
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Team player and able to work alone on important tasks as a problem solver
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Energetic, innovative, enjoy new challenges
- You are fluent in English, French and Dutch or other languages such as Spanish, Italian are a plus.
Job responsibilities
- Liaising with leasing and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands about ongoing queries.
- Documentation/administrative processing.
- Register and follow up on repair issues, pre-sales, and after-sales.
- Register and follow up on insurance cases.
- Assistance to the salesforce if necessary.
