SUSTAINABILITY AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
(INTERNATIONAL MBA)

JOB DESCRIPTION

HEC Liège Executive Education is seeking an experienced and inspiring lecturer to join the faculty of its
International MBA, delivered in Luxembourg, in partnership with the House of Training Luxembourg.

As part of the continuous evolution of the programme, a new course dedicated to Sustainability and Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR) will be introduced in 26/27. We are looking for a practitioner-academic who is
passionate about these topics and eager to contribute to the development of future business leaders. The
successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a 3 ECTS course.

Our MBA places strong emphasis on active learning. We therefore seek lecturers capable of creating an engaging
learning experience through interactive discussions, case-based learning, simulations and peer learning where
appropriate. We value faculty members who challenge participants intellectually while creating an inspiring and
dynamic classroom atmosphere.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree (PhD strongly preferred); Recognised expertise in sustainability, CSR, ESG, sustainable strategy or related fields; Significant professional experience in organisations, consulting, executive leadership or applied

research related to sustainability; Previous teaching or executive education experience is considered a strong asset; Excellent communication skills in English.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions: 24 contact hours delivered face-to-face in Luxembourg; Teaching language: English;

Evening classes (typically 6:30PM – 9:30PM on weekdays); Teaching schedule established according to the lecturer's availability;
