Requirements

Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid working command of English for your training modules and system navigation.
- Tech Comfort: Solid basic PC skills (Windows, Android, Chrome, MS Office) and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Mindset: Significantly advanced communication skills, great active listening, and a calm, professional approach when dealing with challenging interactions.
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
